Cursor printing problem in pouch making
In the pouch-making process, the following cursor printing problems often occur:
1. Unreasonable cursor design. The available scan area is too narrow, the cursor does not contrast well with the surrounding area, or the scan area has other intrusive signals.
2. Cursor spacing changes. Uneven drawing caused by complex process, frequent color mixing in printing process, large adjustment, large temperature changes and other uneven drawing will have a direct impact on the errors related to the pouch-making length. In addition, the uneven thickness of composite film pouch-making substrate and the flanged edge will also have a certain impact on this, which is also one of the main reasons for the mismatch of finished pouches. In this case, the actual distance between the cursor has changed relative to the original size, and the input size should be changed accordingly to the actual data.
