This phenomenon shows that when the heat sealing temperature is high, under the action of the heat sealing knife pressure, the inner PE film bearing the heat sealing function becomes thin and brittle after high temperature melting and extrusion, and root cutting failure occurs, leading to damage during the drop experiment. When setting the pouch-making process, it is necessary to adjust the heat sealing temperature and pressure so as to produce products with excellent comprehensive performance, such as flat bottom pouches with zipper, stand up spout pouches, etc.
