LD management team participated in the management-training program
On June 4th, 2019, the 120-day TC100 management training program kicked off at Puwei Group headquarters. A total of 17 of our management members had signed up and participated in the training.
During the study, our management team actively raised questions and made sure every problem to be solved. After the study, our management team apply what they had learned from the training into the actual work, constantly improve the efficiency of production and management. In addition, a good learning atmosphere has formed within the company after the training - people actively discuss, summarize and share new knowledge with their colleagues. Surely this will help colleagues learn from each other and grow together!
