Packaging requirements of sauce packaging
The packaging requirements of sauce packaging are as follows:
1. High oxygen resistance / humidity resistance: high fat content in food, oxygen resistance to avoid oxidation and deterioration, odor, taste deterioration, nutritional value reduction and other conditions.
2. Oil resistance: to prevent the grease of the contents from penetrating into the packaging surface through the package.
3. Heat sealing: during filling packaging, the grease of condiment products will pollute the heat sealing interface and affect the sealing strength, so the packaging should have good heat sealing resistance to impurities.
4. Thermal viscosity: filling will produce impact force on the lower sealing, which will increase the breaking rate.
5. Tightness: to avoid damage to the packaging and gaps in the heat seal, resulting in damage to food quality.
6. High peeling strength: there are more additives in the condiment, and the additives are very permeable. The adhesive used in the packaging should have medium resistance to ensure the high peeling strength of the packaging.
7. High impact: During transportation, loading and unloading and shelf life, the packaging bag will be subjected to strong impact force, resulting in bag breakage, so the package needs to have high impact strength.
8. High temperature resistance: need heating sterilization.
9. low-solubility residues: the residual solvents in the packaging will slowly pass through the packaging materials and migrate to the food.
10. Suitable right Angle tearing force: it is convenient for consumers to tear the bag and eat it.
11. Suitable friction coefficient: when adapting to high-speed filling, the roll film does not deviate or slip.
