Poor air tightness of packaging pouches
Some biscuits, tea and other dry food or food that requires fragrance protection are required to have good air tightness in packaging bags, and vacuum, inflatable packaging bags are also required to have good air tightness.
In addition to the phenomenon of leakage sealing and pressure penetration, the air tightness of packaging can only be fully fused by increasing the fluidity of resin to achieve good air tightness at the point where the number of composite film layers changes on the edge position of back sealing, side sealing, insert edge pouch and bottom pouch. The general method is to increase the temperature and pressure of the resin to improve the fluidity of the resin or use the local reinforcement method to solve the problem. However, it is more difficult for CPP laminated film to achieve good air tightness than PE laminated film as inner layer under the same conditions.
