When making pet food packaging, liquid packaging and other packaging bags, the following problems of pouch-making length deviation are usually encountered.
Electric eye tracking is inaccurate
When the electric eye cannot find or cannot continuously and stably locate the cursor (that is, tracking is inaccurate), length control is out of the question.
First of all, it is necessary to confirm whether the electric eye is adjusted properly and whether the reflection and transmission of the electric eye are selected correctly. Secondly, it is necessary to confirm whether the tracking method is scanning or fixed length search.
The tracking method of fixed length check position is to check whether the colored mark is too much or not in place after the fixed length. When using this method to track, if to achieve relatively high accuracy, it will put forward higher requirements on the whole transmission system and film quality. So the accuracy of pouch-making is relatively low when used in actual production.
Scanning tracking mode is to finish the fixed length first, and then scan the color scale, which represents the tracking direction of the tracking mode. When scanning tracking is adopted, the following problems should be paid attention to:
(1) When setting the length, it is necessary to take into account that the scanning area is different under different control modes. In short, it is necessary to ensure that the electric eye is opened before the cursor arrives and closed after scanning, otherwise there will be no tracking accuracy.
(2) The sensitivity and working frequency of the electric eye determine the film moving speed during the detection. If the speed is too high, it may not be detected.
