Residual solvent of functional design of flexible packaging
At present, the printing ink and compound adhesive used in the process of soft packaging contain a certain amount of solvents, meanwhile, a certain amount of dilution solvent needs to be added to adjust the viscosity in the process to adapt to the conditions of printing compound process. Printing ink commonly used dilution solvents are toluene, butanone, isopropyl alcohol, xylene, etc. The solvent used in the dry compound adhesive is ethyl acetate, the solvent used in the alcohol sol adhesive is ethanol, methanol, etc., they are the source of residual solvent. When printing composite, although the base material through the drying system, but still can not completely eliminate the residual solvents, so the amount of residual solvents should be reduced as far as possible.
Influencing factors of residual solvent:
(1) Printing process: the influence of printing materials, the amount of ink on printing, ink types, printing models, the influence of mixed solvents, printing process
(2) composite process: composite material, composite glue type and quality, the influence of moisture, composite machine comprehensive drying ability, composite process
