The easy portability of the functional design of flexible packaging
The easy portability of flexible packaging bags is mainly achieved by punching holes or handles on the wide top seal of the outer packaging of the product. In addition, a small round hole is punched at the top sealing position of the packaging bag for hanging display, which is conducive to promotion.
The lifting resistance of the handle is mainly determined by the tear strength of the material. The tearing phenomenon should be avoided in the stressed part of the handle.
The GB/T 18893-2002 standard stipulates the index of the lifting test of the retail packaging bag of commodities: >=0.5h, no rupture. This standard applies to the retail packaging bags of goods with polyethylene film and kraft paper as the packaging bag substrates.
The experimental method is as follows: using a bag fatigue testing machine, the amplitude is (30+-2) mm, and the frequency is 2~3Hz. Fill three-quarters of the bag with the actual content or the particle mixture equivalent to the nominal content, and then hang it on the testing machine to observe whether the bag body and the bag are damaged. Experiment with three bags and take the smallest value as the measurement.
