The sealing strength for plastic flexible packaging
Sealing strength is an important indicator for packaging materials. For any kind of flexible packaging materials, packaging bags must be made to pack various commodities, and the packaged commodities must be sealed by heat sealing or bonding to achieve the purpose of packaging.The seal must have a certain strength to be able to withstand the pressure of a certain content to ensure that the product does not crack during circulation.
The sealing strength of the packaging bag is often the weakest link in the strength of the entire bag surface. Generally, the bag is broken and the squeeze leakage is mostly at the sealing place. Although the heat sealing strength of the packaging bag cannot directly characterize the drop resistance and pressure resistance of the packaging bag, it is closely related to these properties.
