The width change of sealing

1. On the same edge of the same laminated pouches, the width of the edge changes from wide to narrow, which is mainly due to the non-parallel installation of the sealing knife.

2. For the case of multiple heat-sealing knives, it is mainly due to the fact that the sealing knives are not completely overlapped.

3. For aluminum foil pouches, since the aluminum foil layer is a good conductor of heat, when the heat sealing temperature is relatively high, the heat is transferred to the outer edge, so that the inner layer resin where the sealing knife is not pressed is also melted, and the fusion of the heat seal layer occurs.
