1. Food Type

2. Packaging Requirements
(1) High Oxygen Barrier/High Moisture Barrier: Food has high fat content, which is easily oxidized and deterioration, resulting in bad smell and taste and decreasing its nutritional value. So the food packaging must be high oxygen barrier. Some products are low in water, and they are easy to be damp and caking. What’s more, the the increase of water content would accelerated the fats and oils oxidation. So it is required a packaging with high moisture barrier to keep the food dry and inhibit the microbial proliferation, as well as good fragrance retention during shelf life.
(2) Oil Resistance: Prevents the grease of contents from penetrating to the surface of package.
(3) High Puncture Resistance: The products have sharp ends, which will easily puncture the packaging.
(4) High Heat Sealability:It has high sealing performance against impurities, no leakage.
(5) High Impact Strength: The packaging pouch would be broken, especially heal seal broken, when a fall occurs. So the packaging film is required high impact strength to prevent the damage in transportation, storage or during shelf life.
(6) Low Residual Solvent: The residual solvent in the packaging film may be slowly seep into the food, so we must minimize the residual solvent in food packaging as possible as we can.
(7) Suitable Right Angle Tearing: It is easy to tear the pouch when use, easy to eat.
(8) Suitable Friction Value: It adapts to the requirements of automatic packaging, no running off or slipping, with better opening.
