1. Relatively closed workshop
The temperature and humidity of the dry laminating workshop are mainly effected by changes of seasons, climate and weather. To minimize the impact of the external environment, the workshop shall be relatively closed and heat retaining. Reasonable independent area design and appropriate space size can effectively cut off and slow down the direct convection with the outside air.
2. Air condition system
Use air conditioning with reasonable design and moderate power, no matter central air conditioner or individual air conditioner, is a most effective means to control and balance the temperature and humidity inside the workshop.
3. Humidifying system
Humidifier is an effective means to improve this low humidity condition. Humidifier can set a certain humidity range, beyond which, it can automatically humidify or stop humidifying. And the humidifying water requires softening treatment.
4. Integrated use of air condition, heater and humidifying system
Some workshops have higher requirement on environment conditions, such as GMP workshop; and the stable and appropriate temperature and humidity conditions are still very necessary, which is conducive to quality stability and health safety. To meet the standard range, some additional equipment is required. In a closed and well-ventilated workshop, it is necessary to make comprehensive use of refrigeration, heating, humidification and dehumidification facilities.
