1. Food Type

2. Packaging Requirements
(1) Low Temperature Resistance: Frozen foods are mostly stored at -18℃. The packaging must maintain stable performance at low temperature, to ensure no broken bag in transport.
(2) High Impact Strength: The packaging pouch would be broken, especially heal seal broken, when a fall occurs. So the packaging film is required high impact strength to prevent the damage in transportation, storage or during shelf life.
(3) High Puncture Resistance: The frozen food packaging is easy to be squeezed and broken. So the packaging must be high puncture resistance.
(4) High heat sealing strength and tightness.
(5) High Peeling Strength: The peeling strength between the laminate layers is low, even delaminated, which would weaken the material integration of all layers, such as heal-sealing strength, tensile strength and impact strength etc. Easily result in poor use when the packaging suffers external force.
(6) Low Residual Solvent: Stop the residual solvent to seep into the food, otherwise, the food will smell bad.
(7) Suitable Right Angle Tearing: It is easy to eat.
(8) High Barrier: When food is thawed at room temperature, it will result that the fat in food may be oxidized and deterioration, as well as microbial propagation.
