  1. Product requirements: used for packaging of meat, poultry, etc. The packaging is required to have good barrier properties, resistance to bone hole breakage, sterilization under 121°C cooking conditions, no cracking, no shrinkage, and no peculiar smell.

The advantages of recyclable Mono material packaging, using an HBPE/CPE composite structure as an example, lie in its single-type material composition, which eliminates the need for sorting during recycling and allows for reuse.

The cursor generally chooses to have a large comparison with the background color, it is best to use black. Normally yellow or red cannot be chosen as the cursor color, what's more, cursor color is not supposed to be the same as that of the photoelectric eye.  For example, if the photoelectric light is green, then the cursor color of the electric eye must not be green, because the green photoelectric eye is not able to identify the green color cursor.  If the background color is a darker color (such as black, dark blue, deep purple, etc.), the cursor color should be designed to be a  light-colored one with hollow white pad.

Sealing performance is the property of the packaging bags to prevent the entry of other substances or the escape of the contents. For flexible packaging that needs to have sealing performance, the packaging materials used shall not have any defects such as pinholes, cracks, unsealed and unsealed at the seal that affect the sealing performance.

The word “compound” in flexible industry actually means “lamination”. That is to bind films of different properties together in a certain way, and sealed, so that to protect the content. The laminated structure of flexible packaging can be divided into many categories according to different combinations, so we cannot use only one system to describe different structures. However, the structures of conventional flexible packaging are often distinguished by its outer layer, middle layer, adhesive layer, inner layer. Typical three - layer composite structure is as shown in picture 1-1.

Gas resistance, also known as gas permeability, according to the definition of the Chinese standard GB*T1038-200- "The gas permeability test method - differential pressure method of plastic film and sheet", gas transmittance refers to the gas volume through unit area of the sample in the unit time under a constant temperature and unit pressure difference. They are expressed as value of volume at standard temperature and pressure with unit of :cm3*m2·d·Pa. For the quality assurance in food circulation, gas resistance mainly refers to the ability to prevent O₂, CO₂ and N₂ through the food packaging during circulation.

The project setup meeting of Informatization Upgrading was successfully held by LD PACK and Dingjie Software on June 25, 2024. The members of the board of directors, supervisor and staff representatives from LD PACK and core members of the Dingjie Software participated in this meeting, and jointly opened a new chapter for the informatization operation.
