The printing workshop features advanced fully automated high-speed pre-registration gravure printing lines, offering superior performance on various flexible materials, including eco-friendly substrates for food, beverage, and non-food packaging. Precise web tension control, uniform ink distribution, and enhanced viscosity control ensure excellent printing stability. Fully automated pre-registration and register control enable fast, accurate adjustments, combining high quality printing with high-speed production.
The lamination workshop is equipped with multiple advanced production lines, supporting various processes including solvent-free lamination, dry lamination, extrusion lamination, and more. Compatible with a wide range of substrates, it delivers excellent bonding strength and superior material adaptability. Through eco-friendly and efficient processes, the workshop ensures clean, high-speed production that fully meets customers’ rigorous demands for packaging performance and quality.
The pouch-making workshop is equipped with multiple high-speed automated lines, capable of producing various formats including quad-seal pouches, stand-up pouches, flat-bottom zipper pouches, spouted pouches, and BIBs—serving the food, personal care, and liquid industries. With a stable, dust-free production environment and rigorous quality control, we ensure high precision, excellent sealing performance, and batch-to-batch consistency, delivering efficient and reliable packaging solutions.
The welding workshop is equipped with multiple fully automated welding lines, compatible with spouts of various sizes and specifications, enabling efficient and stable automated production. Utilizing advanced heat sealing technology, we ensure each spout is securely sealed and leak-proof, with high precision and excellent consistency. The workshop maintains strict control over the production environment and process parameters, and is committed to providing customers with high-quality, efficient soft packaging spout sealing solutions that guarantee product safety and enhance market competitiveness.

LD Packaging Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990. With efforts from 1991 to 1996, LD PACK pioneered the development of beverage bottle labels and yogurt cup lids, gaining significant market share.
